↱ Forbidden Forest

Tiffany wondered around the forest, cautiously and carefully. One wrong step and the outcomes wouldn’t be as pleasant. Then again, the forest wasn’t forbidden for just no inexplicable reason. Humans said there was always some sort of logic to their methods, but not when it came to the almighty Gods. “Now, what was it mother wanted me to look for…something about a hidden box with some sort of enchanted bracelet” Tiffany mumbled to no one in particular. Aphrodite sure had some…strange request, but so did most of the Gods anyways; and they always used their children as messengers. Although, obviously, Tiffany was the only sane and trustworthy child enough to full fill her duties.
What sane enough creature just thought of placing a forest full of monsters right near the human world anyways? Were they that sick that they enjoyed watching a poor soul being ripped apart by a chimera?
Tiffany knew better than to question their motives, and so she just kept focused on her quest. However, she heard a leaf crunch and faint footsteps. ‘A human?’ she thought. Not very possible, humans weren’t allowed to go in the forest…but then what on Earth could it be?
