@( ✯ ) song qian "Really?" Hyorin became slightly flustered now that the princess asked for her assistance. It was rare that someone with Qian's background would even imagine of asking someone for assistance. Especially an Arvandor girl. Apart from the fairies there, royalty was the most powerful form of fae. "Of course. Snow magic can be hard to control, even snow fairies can struggle with it."
@( ✯ ) kim hyojung "It's not all glamour being a princess. The politics will drive you crazy," Qian said and chuckled good-naturedly. Qian listened as Hyorin told her about her abilities. A snow fairy? Wow, that was actually quite a rare fae magic. "Wow, that's really rare to have a snow fairy," Qian commented. There were only a bunch of fairies in China that were snow fairies. A bunch meaning you can actually count the numbers with ten fingers. It was extremely hard to control all types of frozen things and Qian knew that because as a princess, she could do many types of fae magic but snow magic was one that she was really bad at as it really required natural ability like those who were born as snow fairies. All the snow fairies were very powerful and they could easily overthrow a whole hierarchy if they banded together. "That's so cool. You should teach me how to use that form of magic,"
@( ✯ ) song qian "I always wanted to meet a Princess. I heard so many things." Hyorin smiled back at Qian. She was a little shy at first when she mentioned her home. Arvandor fairies were indeed skilled but one of the reasons Hyorin was in the class, was for her to become better at her abilities. "Mm, that is true. We all have different powers and skills. I'm a Snow Fairy, so I can control snow, ice, all things frozen."
@( ✯ ) kim hyojung "Oh gosh. No, don't call me princess or highness or whatever. Just call me Qian please. Please just treat me like a normal fairy. I don't like people being formal with me especially nice people like you~" Qian said and smiled, removing her head from her arm. She did not see the need to behave like royalty as she wasn't even in China anymore. It would be better if no one knows or body guards would start appearing and Qian despised being followed around by bulky men, as though she couldn't fight for herself. "Oh and I was curious about your powers! I heard that fairies from Arvandor are highly skilled!" Qian said with a grin and tucked a loose lock of her dark hair behind her ear.
@( ✯ ) song qian Hyorin could almost feel her jaw drop to the floor. "Fae Princess?! Oh my goodness..." She almost exclaimed, bowing her head. It didn't matter if she can from Arvandor or China, Qian was still a princess in the Fae eyes, royalty to Hyorin. "It's really a pleasure, y-your highness.. Wait... Do you want me to call you that or do you prefer Qian?"
@( ✯ ) kim hyojung Hyorin said she came from the realm of love and beauty, Arvandor. Wow, Qian always wondered what it was like there. Now that she made a friend that was from Arvandor, she'll definitely be able to know more about it. Song Qian mentally squealed and jumped around. "Me? I'm hardly graceful as much as I try to be. I'm from Qingdao, China. I'm the fae princess of China," said Qian with her head still propped on her arm. Mental images of China flashed through her mind and Qian pouted, still slightly angry at her father for sending her here.
@( ✯ ) song qian Hyorin picked up her book, opening it up slowly. "I'm from Arvandor, it's the realm of love and beauty." Qian's eye smile charmed Hyorin, causing her smile to grow. "And you? You must be a regal fairy. You remind me of the ladies back in Arvandor. They're always graceful and poised."
@( ✯ ) kim hyojung Qian smiled at the other female as her fingers flipped the page of the book that she wasn't even reading. "Hi Hyorin~ where're you from?" Qian asked with an eyesmile. Qian found the other very pretty and found herself admiring the other female's characteristics. Like how her smile was pretty and how her short hair have her an effortlessly sophisticated look.
@( ✯ ) song qian "Oh... H-hello~" The fairy looked over, dropping her book onto the desk to wave at her. A pretty smile was fixed on her lips, something that was very rare for a Snow Fairy, but she always hated to be like the cold, ice princesses back home. "Pleased to meet cha, Qian. I'm Hyojung, but you can call me Hyorin. Hyojung is my birth name." She couldn't help but admire Qian's fair features.
@( ✯ ) kim hyojung Qian broke out of her daydream when someone sat beside her. She didn't even realise she was daydreaming; thinking about China again. Qian gracefully turned her head to look at the person beside her curiously. The girl was pulling out her books gingerly with slightly clumsy hands and Qian just looked at her and said, "Hello," The girl was pretty and she looked quite athletic though her fingers were clumsy. "I'm Song Qian." she said with a smile and propped her face on her arm, looking at the girl with interest. There was a slightly chilly feeling when the girl sat down beside her and Song Qian wondered about the girl's powers as she peered at the her face.
@( ✯ ) song qian Stumbling as usual into the class was Hyojung, her copper red hair still a little messy, since she was late again. However, that didn't stop her from bowing quickly to the teacher, who gave that signature glare. She did try to keep it on the down low and stay under the radar but with teacher attention on her, it was hard to be the unknown girl in the corner. The only free space was beside a fair girl, dressed in pink. Completely different to Hyojung's blue, preppy clothes and daydreamer attire. Her attitude didn't scare the fairy from slipping into the chair, pulling out the books in a quiet hurry.
Song Qian walked into the classroom, still sulking over the fact that she was here. How could her father do this to her? This place was mile and miles away from her home in Qingdao, China. She walked over to a random seat in the room and sat down lightly, showing the grace an poise of a royal fairy from China. Qian was in her normal pink dress, her hair done in a perfect bunned updo. She was obligated to look pretty for any type of situation and so there she was, in a lecture room, looking as if she was going to a social function. She opened her book and started reading about what they were about to learn, having lesson objectives on the board at the front. 'Do I really have to learn this,' she thought to herself and sighed, concentrating on the book.
@park sora That was it. Taehyun had given up on his homework. His pen was now drawing random things on his notebook, pretty much vandalizing every empty spot of it. He had noticed that another girl had entered class. His nose smelled a strong fragrance, something sweet. He knew that she was a queenka. Though his eyes was still glued to his notebook, sometimes he sneaked a glance at her; trying to guess where will she sit down. It was unexpected - that she had chosen to sit near him. He heard her say good morning, which successfully made him drift his attention away from his notebook. "If you're just saying that to sound nice, then you better keep your mouth shut." He said in a low tone, his voice still raspy because apparently he didn't had a good night sleep last night. Taehyun had some not-so-good experiences with queenkas. One involved his hair that got smeared by curry, another one involved him arguing with a queenka that resulted her to pull his bangs. Nightmares, yuck.
Sitting on the farthest seat from the board, Taehyun was comfortable with his place on his class; which is at the back. His seat was on the left, right where he could turn his head to the left and see the scenery of the field down below from the window. The class was still empty, he was one of those early risers. Doing what happened to be his homework, his eyebrows furrowing as he tried to solve a history question. Taehyun had never do his homework at home, he preferred to call this as schoolwork instead. Out of thirty questions, he had barely did half of it. He tapped his pen anxiously on the table, creating a random beat as his head followed along the rhythm. Being a rebel was one thing, but he still tried his best when doing his tasks.
