There’s a lot of staff needed to keep an institute running. Here are a few examples of the staff roles however these are not extensive. If there’s a staff role you want that isn’t on here, just ask:

Please note that due to the nature of the facility, all staff members employed will be capable of holding their own. They will have undergone training for dealing with aggressive inmates
Inmates
You’re here because you’re a dangerous criminal, but you are deemed too insane to be sent to a jail. With how much time and evidence it takes to send you here, none of you are innocent of those crimes.
All inmates will be 19 or older. Anyone younger than this would have been sent to an alternative facility.
