I. this is a third person pov, au roleplay.
▋please make sure that your grammar is at least decent enough
▋so that it isn't a pain in the neck to read. one-liners are a big
▋no-no. if you give one liners, the admins will warn you once. if
▋you are warned twice, you will be kicked out of this roleplay.

II. the roleplay's core is missions.
▋you will be sent on missions together with other people to help 
▋build up your defence system, attack or spy on your enemy. each
▋mission will be a 'room' and you can roleplay with whoever you're
▋on the mission with in there. other roleplayers are not allowed to
▋interfere with the missions if they are not part of it, unless they
▋have been instructed to do so by the admin.

III. there are five different species of creatures.
▋you can choose to be; a vampire, a zombie, an incubi&succubi, a ghost,
▋or a lycanthrope. each species has a different characteristic. refer to
▋this blog post for more details.

IV. no godmodding.
▋if the admins catch you doing that, you will be warned. if you're warned
▋about this matter twice, you will be kicked out of the roleplay. also,
▋please play along with other character's powers. if the character you are
▋roleplaying with has the power of hypnotism and uses it on you, play along
▋and be hypnotised. your character cannot be immune to other character's
▋powers, no matter how powerful your character is.

V. there is a limit for your powers.
▋every power and magical object that you possess can only be used by you
▋for a limited period of time. you can only use your power on another character
▋for three consecutive posts. this limit applies to all powers, except hypnotism.
▋the limit for hypnotism is three posts per mission.

VI. everyone can practise magic.
▋all creatures are able to practise magic. when you first join, your character's
▋level of magic is at level 1. through missions, your character can increase their
▋level of magic. after completing three missions, your character is allowed to level
▋up. due to each creature's characteristics, they have different maximum levels they
▋can reach, incubi&succubi can reach level 10, ghosts can reach level 9, vampires
▋can reach level 8, lycanthropes can reach level 7 and zombies can reach level 6.

VII. your character can never die.
▋that being said, it does not mean that your character is immortal. it is possible for
▋your character to get injured and be on the brink of death, but your character can
▋never die. if that happens, you have to get a healing potion to be restored to health.
▋healing potions can be made if a character's magic level is 3 and above, or they can
▋be given to you by an admin. also, you can't kill other characters.

VIII. don't be anti-social when you're not on a mission.
▋if you are not on a mission, feel free to talk and get to know other characters
▋especially those of the same species and on the same side as you. the more
▋friends you have the better. it does not mean that you ignore people who are supposedly
▋your 'enemies', getting on good terms with them would be helpful. also, if you are not
▋on a mission, your powers and magical abilities are void. you are not allowed to use
▋your powers and practise magic if you are not participating in a mission. the only
▋exception is if you are making a healing potion to heal another character.

IX.  and yuri are allowed.
▋true love is hard to find, afterall. but keep the to the pm.

X. be active.
▋you must post at least once in three days, since the admins don't want this place to be
▋a ghost town. the admins will try to send everyone on missions so that no one is left
▋with nothing to do. if however, you are not sent on a mission but you want to go on one,
▋there's always the weekly challenge posted by the admins.

XI. inform the admins.
▋if you're going on hiatus or leaving the roleplay via pm. wall posts will be ignored. add
▋the word arcadia to your application form.
