Rules

general rules (!)

• i. favorite the rp to apply. upvotes are appreciated! 
• ii. engage in conversation with everyone in the communal rooms / chat. do not bubble roleplay, facechase, userchase, godmod, metagame. greetings and acknowledgement upon rooom entry is highly encouraged. make everyone feel included and appreciated for their participation. 
• iii. limit nsfw humor / content to rated rooms. plots that contain mature, darker or heavier themes require a trigger warning at the beginning of the post, followed by some space before the actual post starts. (e.g. tw: domestic violence).  only on walls or in pms / group pms. safeword: alimony. please change the current conversation subject. limit 4th walling in the in-character rooms. remember your character is on the set of a tv show for most of the time! please be mindful of this fact. be aware that posts will consist mainly of one-liners (nonau chatroom style), as the main premise of the majority is that two exes are talking to each other in-person, face-to-face, over dinner.
• iv. no dating ban, but NO move-in couples (after all... this show is about exes). if you do not have a move-in ex, fill out an ex matching form in the respective room. the admin team will try their best to pair you with an ex that hurt your character so bad <3. 
• v. inappropriate conduct and inadherence to any of the rules will not be tolerated. three strikes policy. if the admin team receives multiple complaints regarding a user's behavior, the user will be warned. after the third and final warning, the user will be removed from the rp and blacklisted. note, the admin team's duty is to ensure that rules are being followed and that inappropriate behavior and conducts are managed. the admin team will NOT get involved in conflicts outside of this nature.
• ZERO tolerance for ooc drama. conflicts that do not concern inappropriate conduct or behavior will be resolved by the respective parties in private. DO NOT discuss such issues in any of the roleplay rooms. if a user is suspected of this, they will immediately be removed from the roleplay.
• all rules are subjected to be changed at the discretion of the admin team, as issues arise.

  character rules (!)

• i. faceclaims must be at least 22. character ages can be modified by +/- 3 yrs. but can not be used to meet the 22 age minimum. max 2 faceclaims per user. faceclaims can not be from the same group. reservations will last 48 hours.
• ii. faceclaims can not be influencers or social media personalities. faceclaims of all backgrounds and orientations are accepted.
• iii. do not request faceclaims that are deceased, do not wish to be roleplayed, problematic, or are currently undergoing heavy controversies or legal investigations.
• iv. 72 hours to put up a profile picture and respond to the welcome message. failure to do both of this will result in losing your faceclaim. (the rp is only going to last for a few weeks).
• v. profiles are optional.

• i. inactivity is set to 21 days, as the holiday season will be busy for most. roleplay is tentatively planned to only last into the first weeks of january. exact date tba soon.
• ii. be aware that the roleplay will be fast-paced in nature due to its planned short longetivity. please try to be as active as possible.
