Since the dawn of time, beings have struggled to overcome and warred over their differences. Peaceful coexistence always seems to be temporary or akin to a far off dream. We inherently fear what we can't understand... and so we must eradicate it.

Humans and Hybrids once existed together in the kingdom of Hwacheon. However, when the new ruling family overthrew the prior monarchy two generations ago, tensions between the two races grew. Since then, the city has tried to purify itself of the hybrid scourge. They believe it to be an abomination and have driven most Hybrids who aren't in hiding to the outer wilds where they have been forced to do whatever it takes to survive.

As a result, the Hybrid population has suffered a significant decline. Many who live struggle to get by, scrounging for scraps and constantly living in fear of being hunted down. Others have resorted to ganging up with more violent factions or packs, some of whom simply target humans but others do not discriminate and attack their own.

However, some have heard tales of a safe haven in the mountains. It is a treacherous journey, but far enough away from the city that humans rarely trespass. There, a small community has formed that strives for people from all walks of life to live in peace.

 ONE  This is meant to be a small, low stress roleplay which focuses on building tight-knit pack dynamics and fostering unique plots. Therefore, only one character will be allowed per player. This may change one month after opening, once everyone has had the chance to get settled and nestle into forming plots.

TWO  Inactivity is set to 20 days. Posts will only be counted for location rooms, the oneshot corner, and the general hangout chat which is meant for quick, short-form rp. However, if we notice you are consistently just popping in to make the activity check each time with a substanceless post and not engaging in story/world building in some way, we reserve the right to remove you for character hogging.

THREE  no ooc drama, bullying, exclusion, god-moding, bubble rping, or face-chasing will be tolerated. you will receive one warning only for this behavior and will be promptly removed and blacklisted if it continues.

FOUR  this is a mature rp. you must be 20+ ooc to join. your faceclaims and characters must also be 20+. please bear in mind that omegaverse lore has always been heavily intertwined with concepts such as kink, mpreg, and fantasy ism. if you find these concepts uncomfortable, this may not be the place for you. be respectful of other players and understand that they might not be comfortable with seeing certain content. extreme plots should always be agreed upon by both parties. surprises are all well and good, but do not take away a character or roleplayer's right to make their own decisions. please be considerate by tagging potentially triggering and extreme subjects with trigger warnings on the top of your posts that contain them. the magic phrase is what was your favorite movie while growing up?

FIVE  this is a m/m only roleplay (sorry, ladies). all ethnicities and writing styles will be accepted. deceased faceclaims and those involved in significant controversies are not allowed.

SIX  favorite the RP! upvoting is much appreciated. reservations last 48 hours and you may request an extension.

SEVEN  a full hiatus is three weeks. please only take these if something comes up where you don’t think you will be able to log on at all. you must give an estimated return date, but may message the admin if there is any change to that. you will  receive a message from the admin when your hiatus is up and you must reply within 24 hours or you will be removed from the roleplay.

EIGHT  there is a dating/mating ban of 1 month. pregnancy is allowed. partners must have 250 points each and group message an admin for approval (unless it is a pregnancy by an npc for single parent muses). however, we do not allow playable kid characters.

NINE  though this is structured very much like a wolf pack, other hybrid animals are allowed! the pack is a refuge for all those who have no place to go, so it is meant to be a hodgepodge / all inclusive community of misfits.

TEN  you must have a profile picture and a basic profile up within 48 hours of acceptance.
