And comment "I submitted a form for tweaking purposes"

6) I might reconsider of allowing people for request but I would only allow those cohesive application forms, i.e. giving me the pictures, informations to be written, colors to be used, and how you view/picture your layout. If you submitted a form, comment "I submitted a form for a layout purposes"

There, I would reply if your application has been denied, implying that the form needs more information. Don't worry. If you want a layout, I would recon provided that the questions that I will bombard you with regards as to how the layout should look like must be answered. Otherwise, no layout at all.
