1. Favourite before or after applying. If you did not favourite the rp, we may not be accepting your application. However, an upvote is optional.

2. Respect everyone in the rp whether it is IN CHARACTER or OUT OF CHARACTER. No GODMODDING or whatever actions that may make the other party feeling uncomfortable or helpless are allowed in the rp (unless it is agreed to do so). Anyone who disobey this rule will be kicked out IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER, IC drama is welcomed in here! :D Make scandals as much as you can!

3. ONE character PER PERSON. If you plan on leaving, comment on the comment section below right before leaving. the password is unicorns are flying above us everyday.

4. This is a 3rd POV roleplay. No one liners will be tolerated though. 1st POV is only allowed in the OOC room and walls.

5. , Yuri, and straight are allowed in the roleplay. Feel free to be with whoever you want.

6. The inactivity signs appear after 14 days of inactivity. After having the inactivity sign, you shall receive the first (and the last) warning from the admins; and you'll have 48 hours to respond to the warning. If you fail, you may be kicked out of the roleplay without further notice.

7. RP IN ROOMS and not walls only. If you fail to have even at least 5 points after one week of joining the roleplay, we shall reconsider your application and may kick you out of your character without any further notice.

8. You may also apply as the members of the 'News Pals'; despite of applying to all the cliques stated in the description. HOWEVER, please make sure that you can be ACTIVE ENOUGH to observe the rp and the people in the rp. Any news you have collected should be submitted to (admin name) to be put up on the site.

9.  and rated actions are only allowed in the M-rated rooms, walls and PMs. Please respect those who cannot tolerate such things. Anyone who disobeys this shall be taken as disrespecting other roleplayers in the rp and shall be kicked out without further notice.
