as promised, co founder of Sapphire entertainment Elizabeth Kwon sat down with reporters to reveal the highly anticipated news. what she revealed was none other than her retirement as CEO.

the information came as a shock to the reporters and staff in the room, having not expected such a thing. She would go on to explain that she hadn't told anyone except her husband and her eldest daughter lucy kwon, who would be taking over as the new ceo. She believed it was simply her time to step down, but she assured that she would still be involved in the company much like her husband. What job in particular she would be taking now no one knows for sure, though she said she might become a manager alongside her husband.

Elizabeth also revealed even more shocking albiet more exciting news. her second oldest daughter Christina, former member of goddess and a soloist as well as head stylist for the company, would be getting married. When asked who the lucky man was, she revealed that it was a songwriter under the company by the name of Bang Yongguk thus confirming the the gossip. However she denied that it was a shotgun wedding and that even though she would love to have grandchildren, none of her children were pregnant. when asked about the rumors of christina avoiding and practically ignoring her fiance, elizabeth denied that this was the case, citing that her daughter traveled a lot for her business and was very busy between her business and taking care of the artists under the company which left her with little to no time to spend time with her family much less her fiance. however she expressed how excited her daughter was for the marriage and how excited the family was for it as well. the couple was recently spotted spending time together though it's unclear if it was romantic for wedding planning or business for a rumored upcoming album for christina.
