blind date event.
for our next event, you will be put on a blind date! quite literally. you will not know who you are partnered with. Pairs will be able to interact with each other via padlet to keep it anonymous. admins will come around to pm you which padlet room you belong to.
though we doubt this would happen, we will tell you now that padlets will not be passcode protected, however we expect everyone to respect the pairs and their padlets, and not post in them. if we find that you have, you will be kicked and blacklisted.
to differentiate this from our speed dating event, you will be 'meeting' your partner in real life to spend a nice date together. this means that the padlets are not to be used as a texting channel, and traditonal rping is required. the event will run for a whole week with no thread count required. despite that, please try to be as active as possible so that your partner isn't left lonely.
every participant is to come up with a pen name and different face. your gender must remain the same.

jung jaehyun ---> kevin nguyen
please do not reveal yourself or give obvious hints to who you are to your partner. that would defeat the purpose.
once the week ends, everyone will be asked if they would like their identities to be revealed. pairs will only be revealed if both parties say yes in a 'pairings reveal' room.
participation will be opEn now to the 26th 6pm (pst time).
you will have until feb 28th 11:59pm (pst time) to pm admin your pen name and face.
the event will start march 2nd 8am - march 8th 6pm (pst time).
only if you wish to participate, comment down below your muse's full name and orientation (please only participate if you plan to stay active for the whole duration of the event). if you do not wish to participate, thank you for reading, you may carry on with your day!
unfortunately, alts will not be allowed unless pairings come out odd.
there will not be an announcement to commence the start of the event so please look out for the rooms when they open. event will not affect your swipes/super swipes so carry on with those!
disclaimer: we will keep your orientation in mind and try our best to pair you with a suitable partner. this does not 100 percent guarantee a perfect match. although the idea is to pair you with a potential, our main target isn't to find you a significant other. but, to get you to know someone outside of your circle, learn about each other, and discover something about yourself such as new desires or change of preference and what you look for in a person. thank you and we hope you understand.
