revamp and updates

As I'm sure some of you may have noticed by the title of the rp, but we are currently undergoing a major revamp. This revamp mostly consists of changing the color scheme and layouts. However, I also decided to allow this time to be used if you want to change your characters, drop characters, take on new ones, or simply change careers. All of this can be done as many times as you want free of charge while the revamp is happening.
The current debuted artists will not be affected by the revamp. In addition to the revamp, some old elements from previous versions will be implemented once again. This includes monthly evaluations for trainees, trainee rankings, a mentor/mentee program, our annual festivals (Summer, Winter, and Halloween), and survival shows.
I'd also like to use this time, and more specifically this announcement, as an opportunity to ask all of you as members of this family, what are some things you'd like to see implemented here? This can be events, concepts, really anything you can think of. I can't guarantee they will all be implemented, but they will all be considered.
