OKAY SO AGAIN - Mina read and re-read and would still like to MC the show, and to perform - and is willing to host a group chat or group PM or something of pandora and ex-pandora members, who want to perform and maybe we can do a lil special stage/reunion. all depends on volunteers though. But Mina wants to perform in any case.

as for suggestions:
1) i will get on the fan padlet bandwagon for sure, thank you tomoDANchi for this idea - a place where everyone can post anonymously, kinda like twitter fan accs, or like naver, fan cafes - all in one. i think its pretty possible to do, and would be great - we can not only make posts, we can like and comment are other fans and antis!

2) this may come outta left field a bit - but how about, for the Frost Fest, we do a lil bit of... mix and match, and make it a combo event with another ent au? It is my understanding that the Fest will be like an awards show, so why not incorporate some IC groups from out there too, to make it feel more "real" as if our IC groups are competing fr? Doesn't have to be anything big really, maybe just "invite" the leaders or some members, if the other groups "win" something, or idk how you guys do stuff. Or do collab stages, like they do irl? IF you and them are okay with that ofc, but as a minimum baseline it would be so awesome to feel as if there is a "competition" against another company/group, and would set such a precedent - i have not heard other rps collab and mis their universes like that before! so.. yeah, i got quite hyped while writing this, i apologize, but its something i thought out and I'm thankful i got to share my idea with you, lovely admins, i hope you take it under consideration, as i have many ideas swirling around it, and thank you once again for asking our opinions and giving us the platform to give ideas and share thoughts! happy novis!

I agree with Shwifty about the training camp mixed with the hybe/starship game caterers, and sdz people should join it too.
Also as for mentorship, i think it would be nice, maybe at the end of the month each team goes on face off against one another and the winner can release a special mv?

as most everyone mentioned, a training camp/mt would be fun! it would be cool to see if we could incorporate some elements from the hybe/starship game caterers episodes. and definitely don't wanna leave sdz out, lotus/sdz MT lessssgooooo!

i like the idea from minjoo with the mentorship in the survival show. great concept.

from the trainee side, perhaps some incentives could help encourage trainees to be better and do more. for example, maybe the top-ranked trainee can have the option to go public under the lotus rookies account, or some of the best-performing trainees can do a trip to [insert location] where they will gain more experience in certain skills/talents. some other ideas are trainee photoshoots, busking performances, and things of that nature to give trainees more of an initiative, and could help generate "hype" for the public whenever the survival show pops up or a group debuts.

influencers could perhaps have their own room where they can post their various content, whether it be streams(moreso into the gaming/just chatting streams not ig/v live), interviews, yt videos, etc. and if possible, a room designated for influencers/creators to collab and make content(to rp the process)

Sorry for being like almost a day late into reading, but I really needed to get into the mindspace to appreciate the effort that the admin team has done in revamping this place. That being said, I can't wait for the RP to finally go full fledged into entertainment mode and I am very very excited hehe.

I second all the suggestions listed below, but am pushing especially for the trainee's monthly evaluations, and also a mentorship by idols for trainees! Maybe the mentorship could be incorporated in the survival show itself, something like WIN's GD guiding Team B and Taeyang guiding Team A, that sort of thing! Idol wise, fansigns and more fan interactions would be great, and also holding concerts! Lastly, for actors and actresses wise, I think something like a Novis self produced drama (think Dream High) would be amazing as well~

If there are still slots, I would like Wonyoung to MC.
Performance wise, Ryuk, Wonyoung and Gone would be performing! Sakura is on standby if Renu wants to perform as a full group, and as for trainees, both Rei and Karina will be performing too!

First of all, let me start with a big THANK YOU for your hard work revamping this place and not giving up on us. I know it took a lot of your energy and brain power also how much it affects you sometimes. So thank you BBQ for all your hard work and also thank you to the admin team. You guys are the best.

As for things I'd like to see, totally not copying the comments below me but MT would be nice to have as a form to bond between the people in Lotus and SDZ alike. Make a mixed group consisting of idol and trainee then have them have a friendly match against one another xD also something like year-end award shows? it might be not applicable right now but maybe we get long enough to do it next year uwu finger-crossed! also, I would like to have idols do some kind of street performance uwu it might be fun

I completely agree with the training camp, but maybe not just for trainee. The idol groups are there but they never really bonded together so maybe they needed one too, as a form to strengthen their bond and teamwork. Pandora especially needs it e.e

for another event, a join group project? with idols or maybe something like a mentoring system? where idols can help the trainees (put them in several groups first) for their evaluation. It would create more space for idols and trainees to interact more than just greeting each other in ic chat or lounge.

trainee training camp would be nice to have and also a fan sign event. I know right now we don't have too many fan characters in here but it would be fun to read how the idols interact with them in the fan sign, simply doing some cute stuff or receiving presents from the fans.

gotta agree with jingzuoz that a training camp would be super cool tbh!!
itd also be cool for the trainees to have like monthly evaluations or something of the sort if that is not implemented yet, itd give them a monthly thread to work with and give opportunity for interactions
and 2nd maybe a fan forum thatd be like a padlet where ppl can post up anonymously IC and it could be like pics of what the idols have been doing like fansites, or just fans reacting to certain events, could allow for ppl to spread rumors that are not true, or that are but haven't made it to the news, maybe even light antis stuff like that
