As we wrap up the event, we’d like to remind everyone that the event rooms will be deleted soon. If there's anything you’d like to save, please make sure to do so now. We wouldn’t want you to lose any of the memories you’ve made!
The end of this event marks a new beginning, as we turn over a fresh page and prepare for a revamp. Please stay tuned for the exciting updates to come!
Based on your feedback, we’ve decided that staying here is the best option. Many of you have shared that there are cherished memories here, and it would be easier to stay rather than move to a new place. With that in mind, the admins have been working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth revamp process.
During the revamp, we’ll be temporarily 'shutting down' room groupings for a short period while we make adjustments. We will do this one grouping at a time, starting with the most frequently used rooms (chats), then moving on to OOC rooms, and finally, the thread-based rooms. Each room grouping will reopen once the updates are complete, so there should be minimal disruption. Our goal is to work quickly so we can get things back to normal as soon as possible!
Note: The rooming arrangements will also change during the revamp. If you have any ongoing threads in the cabins, please consider finishing them or moving them elsewhere!
As part of the revamp, we will also conduct a small activity check and implement some rule changes (details below).
the revamp will start on the 3/4 of november, the 3rd being the last day of the events!
This process is simple. At the start of the activity check, we’ve recorded the post count for all characters, and all characters MUST complete the activity check in full.
Admins will participate in the post count portion of the activity check, but the second part will be for participants only, ensuring everyone is familiar with the rules.
Part One:
Complete 100 posts for each character, then post in the activity check (AC) room once you’ve reached the required count. (Admins have already collected starting points.)
Part Two:
Read the rules carefully and post three different rules, rewritten in your own words, in the designated room.
Notes on the AC:
+ Hiatuses will temporarily not be allowed during the AC.
+ All characters must complete the AC!
+ Failure to complete the AC will result in the deletion of all characters, and this serves as your only warning.
+ Characters that are deactivated due to removals will also be deleted. You will need to request a brand new character if you wish to regain your alt, and it will only be permitted if you still meet the requirements.
