I don't often stay awake on the internet past 11-midnight, but today I did and spent too long researching the Station Fire in 2003 and sobbing as I watched the video, and feeling anger when I researched all the details. All this to say that it started with me clicking on an article, and then I couldn't stop and now I have anxiety and have cried a lot.... Welp. Please tell me I'm not the only one who does this.
