So my assistant manager has decided since I want to be correctly identiifed he's gonna go out of his way to be an asshat about it. Apparently calling me by the right pronouns and by Kris not Violet, makes him uncomfortable. This is a man who makes ist comments but says he's not ist. Point is he looks like he's uncomfortable with anything LGBT+ and I now have proof. How else can you explain a man who makes me very much uncomfortable telling my girlfriend that he's uncomfortable after we spent several days trying to explain to him that it's not against the law to call me he instead of she and Kris instead of my birth name, Violet.
I'll be a short hiatus until I can figure out how to deal with him or until I get different job.
