anyone here ever watch kuromukuro? no? just me?

kuromukuro became one of the more favoured animes i've watched in a long time

i don't tend to like anime but i decided to give this one a shot quite some time ago - a few years? i'm watching it again right now and i thought how cool an rp centred around this would be

but my twisted mind wanted to make it for fun so

if you steal this idea i will hunt you down and kill you

i don't think i'll be making this any time soon because i have another rp i'm (kinda) helping out with rn that's pretty demanding

bUT

i was thinking an rp centred around modern times except there are aliens that attack with their large mecha but humans have some too so it becomes a battle and we have alien faceclaims (or, ogres) and human faceclaims

i was also considering making this either group only (exo only, snsd only, etc) or company only (sm entertainment only, jyp entertainment only) not because i want to make sure some people don't join, but because i want to make this more centered around a smaller population (like how in kuromukuro they have it in a japanese UN building and everyone works there is either part of the military or some sort of scientific or political personnel). i would probably make it company only because that allows more people and a variety of people instead of just male or just female

i probably won't do this soon and even if i did, it would be - emphasis on this - a slowpaced rp. a LOT of the rps i've been opening have been too demanding for my already demanding life. yeah, that may seem annoying but opening and keeping up an rp is much more than simply joining an rp. i have to think of events to keep people interested, i have to be active every single day (at least) and i have to encourage rping by probably rping myself. unfortunately, i don't have time for that.

the issues with slowpaced rps is that everyone wants them but no one needs them. once a "slowpaced" rp opens, people are tripping themselves up because wow this is everything i need!! but once another, dare i say it, fastpaced chatroom oriented rp opens they no longer care for the slowpaced rp and forget about it all together. i'm not critisizing anyone but myself on this, because i do the exact same . 

i just want an rp i can open where i don't have to put so much time into it and for it to stay afloat for a time that it can actually "flourish" and people want and can stay in the rp. i'm sick of trying to get into the mindset that fastpaced chatroom oriented rps are the successful rps because they aren't.

if i do make this rp, there probably won't be a chatroom. just an ooc / plotting room for those who want to say "i'm done my profile, please plot with me" or "i'm kind of busy this week so replies might be slow" and for those to put out plots they really want to do and for those who want to just simply put out there that they are open for rping or want to fangirl over their character idk (i do this a lot)

i'm not saying that fastpaced chatroom oriented rps are bad like-- i like them a lot they're great for making friends and wasting time (like most of my friends i have are from these kinds of rps) and notice i don't say NONAU because while i swear every single nonau is like this there is also au rps that are like this ok

being constantly on the rpr mainpage isn't what makes an rp successful 

anyways, yeah

i want to make this rp soon-- but i might not. i might make it mid-april but i might not as well

depends on how demanding life is because the end of my school year is around the corner and my school tends to like screwing me over
