Hello everyone~
As many of you know I have been a bit quiet on here for the past few months. I'll spare all the details because those who needed to know what happened already know everything, but essentially I wasn't in a good place. I have somehow, with some mercy, crawled my way out of the dark web and feel a bit better. Yet it kinda feels like I'm still floating on a fragile ground and certain things make me feel dangerously close to falling back into the dark....
SO! Here's my attempt to push through all of that and freaking stay on top (along with yoga and meditation because, ya know, those are v helpful, v crucial to a good mental wellbeing <3) !
