so like, i have this creative idea of creating a very, detailed rp, but i'm confused on which theme to use. like: geshias, pirates, assassins, robots, or rated+18
i'm sorta tired of crack rp's and i'm sure everyone else is too. i've attempted to recreate an old rp that is highschool themed & assassin's themed. the reason for why those two rp's never came to life is because i've been busy with my personal life outside of roleplay republic and because there's never a dark colored layout to ever fit both of the roleplays. BEMYDYNASTY was about a war between both girls and boys on school campus, an ideal roleplay i figured people would enjoy, and people did. it just died out because i lacked the attention i'm supposed to give to the roleplay. and i'm sure there has already came a time in your life where you've created your own, personal roleplay for everyone. you should understand the struggle of how it is being an admin and trying to manage your life outside of roleplaying. FATE OF THE LEGENDARY ASSASSINS was an idea i came up with, but there was never enough people caring to join, because they know that it'll be categorize as a detailed based roleplay, and people are lazy to give much of a crap about deep detailing roleplays now. i know that if i were to take away the CRACK CHAT ROOM, no one would care to join nor be active. and the roleplay was based off the theme ASSASSINS GREED, but instead of it being related to the French and British war; i tried to be creative with it and make it into a roleplay where Seoul, South Korea is on the verge of extinction due to government greed and control. assassins comes in as the protectors of the city, and your characters were allowed to come from all over the world, as long as there was a creative background to your character. and the sad thing is, people don't really want to create profiles anymore because they know that in a blink of an eye, the roleplay will die out. and that's really sad knowing people don't really give a anymore. nevertheless, i have came up with something new, but unsure if it be to anyone's liking.
the reason i asked the questions above ^ is because i want to know which one would seem better for people to roleplay in. i personally choose GEHSIAS because that idea gives people a plot to follow and story for people to make use of their characters wisely, but that's just my opinion, it would be nice if you guys could lend me some help and ask some of your other friends if they're interested.
i am currently not taking early reservations, so don't ask about it. however, please do relate to my dramatic pain.
