I just arrived at my mom's house with my two youngest siblings - we usually spend the day playing board games until dinner needs to be made.
December has been tough this year. I fell sick in the beginning of December and am only now starting to feel better. On top of everything, my birthday was on the 18th, so this past week has been a very mixed bag of emotions as I am a Shawol.
Because of the sickness, I've fallen behind on my thesis, so my Christmas holiday will be non-existent as I have to work to catch up what I am missing. That's okay, though, my thesis is super interesting. I am writing about cultural appropriation in and of Kpop, so there are many very interesting aspects to take into consideration.
