Or instead of Love at the kitchen maybe love in the kitchen could sound less stiff

i dun like any of those. The first gives the best impression but only because it's very neutral. What about just something that gives a welcoming aura? So that'd be a name of a restaurant or city- example: "<city name>: the city of spices"
or a very calm greeting "Hi, a table for two?" it gives off a romantic vibe without being laced with romance lol
anyways, those are just ideas
