All of the plots/outlines listed below are semi-Alternate to Full Alternate Universe. These ideas are also a bit "bare bone" as I like to call it. I am open to suggestions! I like to have in my rps, unless specifically states that the idea has no in it. Also! I do NOT want my OC to be a pro hero or a villian.Though I would like her to be a Anti-hero or vigilantee.

Age: 22 - 28 (Depends on the RP)

Tanish skin tone. Freckles along her nose and cheeks, though very faint. Blue-grey eyes.
Height: 4'11" or 149.86 cm
Body type: A bit curvy
History(just a little bit. This applies to all rps EXCEPT the Pet one): Only sister to seven adopted older brothers. Parents died in a car wreck when she was ten. She was also involved in the wreck, but will not talk about it. Former Military, honorable discharged after being severely injured in the line of duty. She doesn't really talk about this either. She knows several fighting styles, and while not a master at any. Is still well versed. She also dabbles in MMA
Ect(this applies to all rps): She had 4 tattoos. One being a treble clef behind her right ear and a base clef behind her left ear. One over her heart, it's a large valentine shaped heart. It's covered in stitches with a blood dripping from it's bottom tip. A bullet is lodged into one side, a knife up to it's hilt in the other. Barbwire is wrapped around it to. Above that, in a simple banner, in bold black, old english script is one word. BEWARE.
The fourth and final tattoo is of a large rainbow tye-dye rose, which encircles her belly button. Coming of off of it, on both sides are wines with thorns. They go around her entire waist.
QUIRKS :
[Depending on with plot you chose, will depend on what quirk she had]
Quirk 1: Multi-lingual - She can learn any foreign language, simply by touching anyone who is speaking it. However, she can only take in three languages. If she tries to take in more, it will over load her brain. She will then be stuck speaking in a mix of the languages she absorbed, for the rest of the day.
Quirk 2: Blood Wraith - [She transforms in a sense, it's more along the line of Dark Phoenix per-say.] Her hair becomes bright blood red, her eyes go black. Her hands become claw like. Her personality does a 180. She becomes blood thirty, murderous, cruel, sadistic, and just flat out mean as . Thats the first stage of her quirk, it usually happens when she lets her temper get the better of her. She can it rather well though. However, if her anger is pushed to far, she becomes far worse. She also develops a "Blood lust" which basically makes her crave blood. To the point she will literally attempt to blood from whoever veins she can get her teeth on. Should she manage to a good amount of blood of someone, that's when her quirk fully activates. She gains the ability to control her own blood, using it like a weapon. However, the weapons break after one or two uses, so she's constantly having to make more. She'll go on a rampage as well, should she completely lose her way. The only way to stop her, is to get her to drink her own blood that or sedate her.
Several down sides to this quirk. If she only gets to the first phase of her quirk. After she managed to get a hold of herself again. She gets splitting head aches, which usually leave her out of commission for a day. Once she gets to phase two. She has to cut herself, to access the blood, she can't access this power otherwise. Not even if she's been stabbed, or anything along those lines. Also she will not remember anything, of what happened. If she stays in combat for to long, she will pass out from the energy it takes, not to mention. She is using her own blood to form weapons, attack enemies, and so on. Her phase two quirk, leaves her out of commission for at least three days. She usually will if not always, need blood transfusions.

She was a T.A. [teachers aid] at UA when class 1-A( deku and them) were in school. She helped tutor them, also other things, basically a jack of all trades. After graduation though, she up and disappeared from everyone's radar. They searched for her, for two full years, but no such luck. After seven years, everyone has given up on ever talking or seeing her again. When strange things start to happen when they are out patrolling their respective cities. Gang activity, actually criminal activity in general is down way more then usual. Villains are being set on the very door steps of police departments, or hero agencies. With their grievances against humanity written in neat calligraphy on paper around their necks. Along with being hogtied and gagged.
These villains are scared less though, and when interrogated, they plead to be protected. They pleaded to be thrown into jail! They won’t say who or what spooked them so badly. Until finally one spoke up, and told a chilling poem about “The Blood Wraith”. Understandable, this can’t go unchecked. Thus everyone, in every city, is put on high alert. Though, all they have to go off of is the poem. These odd things continue to happen, though now, less frequently. It isn’t until one night, when a huge villain attack is made against the love interest(s) city, that anyone finally sees “The Blood Wraith”. All that is scene though, is someone in a red long cloak, which looks as if it has ash spots on it. Grab hold of the main villain, for all to see, and put a knife to his throat. Demanding that the villains give up, lest they want their bosses blood to spill and spur their unholy wrath.
They quickly do so, pleading for whoever this being is, to have mercy. The being does...somewhat. The beings slices the mains villains face clean open on one side, giving him a half smile look. The Blood wraith then, with a warning, that should anyone every cause trouble in this city again. Their heads will mount their walls as trophy. A smoke bomb goes off and “The Blood Wraith” is gone. Even more high alert now, and to throw things even more askew. Ray, the beloved U.A. Teachers aid, has been spotted! Yet she seems to keep avoiding contact with any one of her former students, or co-workers. Which raises suspicion. Does ray know something about whats going on? Where has she been all these years? Why did she just up and disappear in the first place? Will they ever find out?

Bare bones idea here!
Alright so I know for this rp, I would like my OC to work at whatever hero agency her love interest(s) are working for. I’d like her to be a sort of jack-of-all-trades girl there. Fixing things, delivering paperwork, filling out paperwork, ect. Anyways, lately she’s been rather tired looking at work. Which makes the love interest(s) rather concerned. They try to talk to her, but she actively avoids the topic of her own health. On top of that, some vigilante group has been..well not trouble exactly. They’ve actually been helping keep crime down. However, they are doing it in a rather..unethically. They are mainly hog tying the villains, leaving notes taped to their chest, with their crimes written on them. Never in the same handwriting though. On the door steps of police stations and hero agencies.
No one has been able to catch any members of the group. No infiltration tactics have worked either. Nothing. Is. WORKING!
I know that I would like for My OC to be in this vigilante group. I’d like for it to be revealed that she is later on, but unfortunately I’m not exactly sure how. I am open to ideas!

Info/Plot (Sort of):
Same looks and name as OC above. Ray is the only sister of seven adopted older siblings. Her parents died when she was ten, in a freak car accident. Which she happened to be apart of, but managed to only get a few scrapes. She lived a very rough life, since she was separated from her siblings, when her parents died. She's 23 now, and she just rejoined with her siblings about two years ago. Since she hasn't fully gotten out of her mentality, of trust no one but yourself. It worries her brothers, especially cause she NEVER leaves the family property. Eager to get their sister more sociable, they decided to do the unthinkable. Get a pet or two for her, but not just any pet(s), half-breed pet(s). Which is HIGHLY frowned upon, but unfortunate, or fortunate in this case, is not illegal. My Oc has voiced her opinions, on hating the act of selling half-breeds to others, for any reason. Though, her brothers decided to get her some"friend(s)" anyways. The rp goes on, to her getting her "friend(s)". To her about killing her brothers, with words over them, getting the half-breeds for her. Then a whole lot of adventures, actions, near death for my OC, and so on and so forth, Then a happily ever after.
