It's me ... again...
I just joined this rp, and I am very new to it so I may not know much, however, I do know that this rp has potential. The admins are people that I love so so much! Everyone is really nice and at first it'll be a bit awkward, but isn't that how every rp starts? ^-^
This rp is filled with a few different groups you can choose to be.
1) Rebel - The ones who got away. Once you’re tempted onto this island, there’s no escaping. Eventually, you’ll be taken and altered against your will— Though, if you’re lucky, you might be saved. It all started with “Patient X”, who managed to escape from the tests of the allegedly evil organisations of Lieseil Inc. and Warhol Stars. At first, they didn’t think it was a big deal, after all, what was one measly failed experiment able to do to their vast power? It turns out, quite a lot. Slowly, the rebel group started to expand. Patient X saved one person, turned two, turned five, ten— And now they were a force to be reckoned with. Their only goal is to take down Lieseil and Warhol, to expose them for their evil deeds, and free the people of the island from this illusion of an utopia.
2) Royal - They’re victims more than anything. Royals fell to the temptation of greed— An island where they were able to live their life however they wanted, and not have to worry about money, work, studies— Who wouldn’t want to come? But don’t let yourself be fooled, it’s all just a facade. Royals are exactly what they sound like— In this society, they’re people of the highest caliber. They’re treated, truly, like royalty. Royals will get what they want, when they want. As they’re spoiled anything and everything they could possibly imagine, it’s obvious these people have gotten too comfortable with the luxury life. The only catch? Turn a blind eye to the “crazy” people they may see from time to time. Any rebels or escaped patients are to be reported to Lieseil and Warhol immediately. If any Royal is seen helping the trash, that are the rebels or patients, then their comfortable life will be taken. But more than anything, they’re ignorant to the issues at hand— They truly don’t believe that an island that offers them such nice lives could be up to any bad, so it’s hard to convince them to leave the life of luxury before it’s too late.
3) Patient - Royals turned test subjects. You didn’t really think there wasn’t a payment for the fancy life you chose, did you? If you’re unlucky, you’ll be one of the many victims that are specifically picked out by Lieseil Inc. and Warhol Stars. They’ll trick you, bribe you, threaten you, anything they can manage, until you give in to them. Once they get their hands on you, you can give up all hope for free will. Lieseil plays around with their many serums, or what they call “remedies”, in search of the perfect concoction that would allow them to dull people’s minds and basically utilise them as puppets to help them do their dirty work. Those who lose their mind to Lieseil and Warhol are doomed to never return to their past original selves ever again. Though Patient X was able to escape long ago, the damage that was done to him will never be healed, despite how stable he seems now. Many have even gone as far as taking their lives before they lose themselves, because living as a puppet to Lieseil and Warhol isn’t far off from being a consciousness that’s stuck in a vessel that you can no longer control on your own. Personally, I’d agree that death is a much better fate.
4) Lieseil Inc. & Warhol Stars - The two organisations that run this whole show. (When applying, specify which organisation you will be under.) Both of their goals are the same, thus the reason they’re working together, though they use slightly different methods. While Lieseil’s methods to an outsider would seem more like a scientist using the patients as test subjects for new poisons, Warhol’s methods are more similar to mental torture. Whichever one you’re stuck with, just know they have have all the best methods of breaking you down and stripping you of your will.
Lieseil Inc - Lieseil Inc.’s people are known to be cunning and very tactical. They’re trained to excel in things like being able to inconspicuously slip their serums into targets’ drinks and food or prick people, without them noticing until it’s too late, with a needle covered in potent serum before they take them away to be patients. As for patients that already have, they have many serums reserved for them as well— Each one worse than the last, and by the time they’re done with you, you’ll wish you were dead. Once you’re ready to give up, they’ll offer you a choice— Accept them and they can stop the pain, or continue with the torture. No matter how strong you may think you are, you won’t last.
Warhol Stars - Warhol Stars isn’t any better. They’ll dig deep into your head and mess you up— When they’re finished with you, you won’t even be able to tell the difference between fiction and reality. Warhol specialises in influence through things such as hypnosis and etcetera. The issue with them is that they like to blend in with the Royals— They pretend to be one of them, then go around whispering temptations and threats into potential victims’ ears. They lure people in before they strike, and once they target is in their hands, the real evil begins. Their methods vary from simple hypnosis to as extreme as brain biopsy (where they stick needles directly into your brain) to change your memories and eventually make you lose your mind and give in to their rule. They will get inside your mind, and once they’re inside, you won’t be getting out.
