〈 ✎ 〉 ɴᴇᴡ ᴀᴜʀᴘ ʀᴇѕᴇʀᴠᴀᴛɪᴏɴѕ — ʟᴏᴏᴋɪɴɢ ғᴏʀ ᴀᴅᴍɪɴѕ

Yo. I literally never make blog posts so hear me out. Currently in the making of an OFFICE AU, and no, not just a basic office au because that. I don’t like to randomly ask people to help me out so thought I would give this a go, don’t let it flop. I don’t care if we aren’t friends / never talked before, so don’t be shy yo. I’m down to get to know anyone willing to give a hand and help me admin the AU we all deserve because honestly, where the heck are them AUs. 

(Reservation blog will drop this week too if I manage to find coadmins, roleplay is like 60% done.) 

I’m mostly looking for four types of admins:

1. Someone who is very creative and honest enough to criticize and try to improve my ideas (rather than just say ‘looks good’ on everything). I like having someone who can think out of the box to brainstorm with. Being able to code or photoshop is always a plus. 
2. Welcoming / very active / chat present kind of admin. If I’m being honest I’m at paying attention to everyone, I wouldn’t mind having an admin whose only task is to be responsible to welcome everyone and make sure to start up conversations/new topics and engage everyone in the chat. 
3. Someone who is at least average at digital art, will explain more in detail if you’re interested. 

Things to note:

1. My roleplays are and will always be very chaotic, crazy if you will, chat based, and probably a little ‘cracky’.  I like to make things fun. If that’s not your cup of tea that’s not the roleplay for you. 
2. There is usually not much to do because I’m a control freak who’d rather do everything on their own if they could, so I mostly need a supportive, very active team to have my back. I will likely mostly need your help in keeping the chat active, take care of comments and applications, and update some of the rooms.  
3. I need loyal admins who are willing to commit to the project, people who don’t hop from roleplay to roleplay the moment it gets a little quiet. Not someone who already is admining/co-admining elsewhere or planning to. I need most of your attention on the AU if it does well.
4. Would be great if you have a KKT because I WILL dump a lot of information on you for opinions at random times. 

What do you get from this??:

Probably nothing. 
You get to reserve early I guess.
And you work with the devil itself, that’s pretty neat.
