a reintroduction of my exo only, clone au

long time coming lmao

so, like, two months ago? lmao, before exo had their comeback 'obsession' i wanted to make an exo only rp (ot12) but with the clones, so the rp would have a total of 24 characters. i remember back in the good ol' days there used to be like twin and baby rps or whatever but i wanted to do it with clones.

i spoke briefly about this with one of my friends that i was having issues with actually coming up with the idea of the rp. as great as exo's concept is, it is hard to kinda put that into an rp? like it's one thing to make into a fanfic but maybe i have control issues idk JHFHDSJKDFH

anyways

i'm thinking about actually opening it, but this time, making it not the exo concept? if someone wants to help me or has ideas on how to make the exo concept into an rp PLS LET ME KNOW and we can work together. if not, i have a few ideas and i'm gonna list them down below !!

1. vampires / apocalypse au

i had an rp out a few years ago called "the immortal song" which was based off a book called "the immortal rules" by julie kagawa. i really liked the world so i wanted to make it into an rp. the idea was that there is a city that had two rings around it - the third ring was basically for the refuged mortals. they were very poor and were essentially something like gangs. the inner city was for the classy vampires who had lots of money and were basically running the city. there was also zombies outside of the city that would sometimes get into the outer ring. SO i wanted to do this but instead of these vampires being like, bitten vampires, it's the exo clones who are rich and lavish but they're the only ones of their kinds. they're fast, superhuman and have these amazing powers (they're uncontrollable but still) while the original exo members who were taken in and cloned are poor gang members in the outer ring. this is all i have RN bc i would explain more in the actual rp but hFDJSH anyways yeah

2. 2nd dimension au

did i take this from phineas and ferb across the 2nd dimension? noooo. definitely not. anyways - i was kinda thinking normal!exo are just these regular gais who find out they have powers, maybe they're like, superheroes? hhh TBH IDEK but then x-exo comes along from the other dimension and tries to take over the dimension the original exos are in. this needs to be developed more i think it would be fun hhh

3. rivalling university au

probably the least exciting but i think this would be the easiest to kinda, um, plot? like actually? because the other ones i think may have issues of plotting between the clones and exos. but this one could be the easiest !! lowkey would kinda ignore the whole like, clones and twins thing, but i think it would be fun???? lmao. 

4. VAMPIRE RIVALLING UNIVERSITY AU

literally thought of this like, RIGHT NOW, but like the same premise but the clones are from another university AND they're clones like hhh how cool would that be. iDK maybe i'm just wildin but that could also be an option
