A Character for an RP I Want to Start and Open...

It hasn't been long since it happened, at most maybe only a few months. Yeji's right hand man, confidant, and even lover, Jiyong, has gone missing. Unknown to her, he'd been sent on a wild goose chase in an attempt to keep her protected but it has all been nothing more than a ruse to divide the two of them. As she never goes more than a day, maximum two days, without hearing from or seeing Jiyong, Yeji's worry has done nothing but rise since he first disappeared though she doesn't really show it. She doesn't believe that he's dead but she believes that it was someone within Vital, one of the other heads, trying to throw her off her game. She doesn't mind a game in the slightest but it's clear that whoever is responsible for kidnapping Jiyong isn't aware as to why she shouldn't be toyed with, especially with someone she holds as dear at Jiyong. She didn't even have to give orders as her men upped her protection detail as well as investigating what happened all on their own. She checks in with them regularly and they do their best to update her but also to keep her calm and level-headed, especially since it's not secret that some men within her underlings have also gone missing - something they're sure she's aware of although she doesn't ask too many questions. Yeji has faith in her men to do what they can to return Jiyong to her side as well as the rest of her men while she focuses on work matters with Vital.

The world around Yeji has always been tainted with blood - from the money that kept her in the private boarding school she attended most of her life to her parents' hands that counted said bills. She never asked questions since they showered her with love and affection every single chance they got, setting aside their work to take care of their princess. Although she never asked them questions directly, Yeji knew and saw a lot more than she let on, her curiosity led on whenever she was told to leave the room or her parents would excuse themselves to "handle some business matters." The first time that she heard a gun go off was also the first time she actually saw someone killed, shot right through the chest as they were on their knees. it also happened to be an instant where she saw something that she wasn't supposed to see; the shooters were apart of a scheme to frame her parents. She didn't cry or scream or fight them as they took her away; Instead, Yeji followed what she'd been taught by her parents. she took things slow and calculated each move, even at such a young age. They made it clear that they thought the daughter of high-ranking members of the vital wouldn't know how to defend herself, although she was always careful not to cause a scene or bring attention to herself in any way.

A decent amount of time went by, almost about a year before jiyong, an inside man planted by her parents was able to get her out of captivity, completely unscathed. Five years later, and no longer just a teen, Jiyong had been taken in as her guardian, a position coveted by most since it could put them in good graces with her parents. to say that she rose quickly in the ranks upon her actual return to the family wouldn't at all be accurate. She didn't play dirty either. She eventually earned herself the nickname "dragon lotus," representing her quick, fierce and strong presence and power but also her unfaltering delicate, elegant and beautiful nature in such a dark realm of the world. At the age of 25, Yeji became one of the youngest heads in their group. A few years later and she's almost the president of Vital, sitting at the vice-president role after having watched everyone else throw themselves into ruins to compete for the top spot. She has no problem going for the kill herself but she also always manages to keep her hands clean.
