In another universe, 2120 is the year of demise.

An unexplainable disease has triggered an unusual craving for human flesh and severely decreased their appetite for 'normal food' for most people. Some of them report feeling like they can smell humans from a distance ― like how sharks could smell blood in water. Some of them started feeling agitated, especially when they try to hold themselves back for the greater good. Some of them developed nightmares and hallucinations, often to the point of driving themselves insane.

Society began to succumb to fear and distrust. People killed each other over mere suspicions on top of getting themselves eaten, and in a blink of an eye, 99% of the population has been wiped out.
