Tattoo(s): A very small heart, just the outline of one, behind his right ear
Piercing(s): Right lobe; Right industrial, Left rook
Style: Beach boy vibes even though he's only been to the beach maybe twice in his entire life. Loose clothing, even when he's wearing formal attire. Don't be mistaken though. He can clean up well. He only has one pair of dress shoes and they always stay shined and clean, namely because he doesn't wear them that often and doesn't need to. He loves button-downs with his jeans. His favorite pair of sneakers looks like they got lost in the early 90's and fell into his lap through a time portal. He doesn't accessorize much as he tends to wear the same dark brown wooden beaded necklace and matching bracelet all the time. He does like to occasionally wear rings in various styles, though they're only ever gold.
Backstory/Personality (AKA me rambling to find a coherent storyline AKA author/creator notes): He's got a sister that's about half his age. He treats her like she's his daughter and she doesn't mind. They're extremely close and he only talks to her and not his parents. Is thankful that his parents treat his sister better than they ever treated him. Being spoiled with material things doesn't equate to love in his book and never will, especially if those things don't feel like they're from the heart. Quite down to earth though he's used to being told he's got his head in the clouds. He knows he can be arrogant sometimes and it's actually legit, not just a facade. His ego isn't as big as he makes it seem although he's far from insecure. When it comes to dating, he's fine with whoever says they have a crush on him. He fell in love once and isn't sure he wants to experience it again. Count it as one of the many things his parents managed to ruin for him, even when he pleaded for them not to. He skipped out on college, at first as rebellion but then came to the realization that it really wasn't for him. Can be quite a jerk when he wants to be. Wonders if he has anger problems because of his parents. Doesn't blame his parents for everything, just things he actually believes are their fault. An example is how he's well aware that he's currently out of a job because of his own doing. He got caught stealing chicken from the restaurant he used to work in. Refuses to live off of his parents' money and so ends up jumping from roommate to roommate sometimes so the rent is cheaper because it's split however many ways. Sometimes can barely afford chips from the corner store sometimes once he's got all his bills paid. Likes to pretend his roommates are friends but knows they hate him. Has interviews lined up almost two weeks after he loses a job, every single time. He prefers being left alone in the apartment to drink his scotch and stare out at the city at night. It makes him feel nostalgic and less like a loser. He has a heavy English accent thanks to his mother's side of the family.
*Would post pictures for an idea of what she looks like but I'd have to find them... If I could--
Thank you for reading, my loves.
