isn't it normal courtesy, common sense and an unspoken rule to backread, or at least within the same page itself before you go jumping right into a group plot? people in the group have already been interacting as if you were there and you just showed up in all your glory like you weren't there before?? what does that make the rest of the rpers and their characters?
if you backread then you would know what has been said or done, instead of asking again and having other character(s) repeating it again and again.
and when admins tell you one (1) time to backread or when you can't (as you have mentioned that you are busy or whatever reason), then you should at least wait until you are free to backread then reply, so it doesn't derail the entire plot, and suddenly the admins are bullying because we tried to talk to you??
no one is ganging up, yelling, or bullying you. the admins are trying to talk about this like adults. it's not even a huge issue. we just want you to be more attentive. that's it.
admins talking to you seriously is not equivalent to bullying you. ic wise my character is a bully, in which i've already mentioned multiple times ooc that she's like that to everyone. and just because she's throwing crude remarks to you doesn't mean the entire rp is. don't generalize everyone like that.
the admins follow our own rules pretty damn straight and we have kept equal activity on our charas that are involved in plots. the admins have more than two characters in said group plots and we are doing a good job with keeping equal activity. which everyone knows it's harder to have multiple characters of your own in a group plot cause you'd need to write different reactions etc accordingly to your characters. we're working hard to make the plot a fun one for our other rpers in the group plots but if someone who doesn't backread comes over, and calls us out for bullying when we try to tell them, what does that make us?
you mentioned that you've been busy in the tags doing replies, at the speed you're replying at those it shouldn't be a big problem for you to take a few seconds to backread the few posts before you jump right into the group plot and do your reply. then the admins suggest that if you can't at the moment, then don't. it's that simple.
the type of character you're choosing is required to have high maintenance and high activity. admins expect that when you choose that, and we also recommended to choose other types of character if that is going to be a problem.
but of course it's always easy to blame the admins right? say it's about favoritism, unprofessionalism, but all we just told you was to at least backread and be attentive.
