simply reposting with the unclaimed ones I'm still into !and a new one! since it's been about a week and i have a couple of slots still open ~

--

hii, so i'm in a big mood lately to write relationship-heavy plots. romantic, platonic, familial, whatever! the most important thing is the exploration of the relationships (how they can go from platonic to romantic, romantic to platonic, how platonic bonds grow stronger, or how a rs will sometimes end entirely), as opposed to a primary focus on getting from point A to point B in the plot lol

every plot will essentially be a combination of fluff, angst, comedy, etc. because i believe the human experience contains all of that and not just a hyper-concentration of one or the other

with the way my life is set up, I'm leaning more towards writing in 1st detailed while still being kinda long-term (unless either of our muses fail, of course). i'd prefer to rp with 20+ year old writers since I'm 24; especially if happens. i won't write it for underage characters or muses at all. /no isn't a deal breaker either way, idc. unless the characters are siblings, any of the plots have a potential to end in romance or just a close platonic relationship. or, in some cases, our muses could end up going their separate ways. it depends on how things naturally turn out as we write because that's what makes things exciting imo, that uncertainty.

if romance does, in fact, happen (or you want to work towards that) i only do straight dudes but my girls are usually somewhere else on the spectrum. my current muses are Jeong Bomi, Baek Yerin, Bibi, Hani, Kate Kim/LILAC,  Ryu Won, JayB, and JinJin but who I use depends on the plot! we can discuss potential plots but i do have a bunch i'd like to give a shot. for reference/to make things easier to differenciate, I'll be Muse A unless specified! There's a few plots where Muse B is definitely male (they'll be shown by pronoun usage) but, for the most part, things are flexible.

and, finally, i'm probably only accepting three or four partners at a time so i don't get overwhelmed lmao. anyone else/any other plot would have to wait until a spot is free ㅠvㅠ

current open spots: 2

✩ Living With My Lie (Bibi or Ryu Won, ~23+); inspired by We Are Gamily (2017) : A and B get fake married so that he can live with his boyfriend and she can be with her girlfriend without their families getting suspicious. After the marriage, however, B's mother starts showing up at his apartment more and more often. It's either checking in, delivering food, or anything else the new empty nester can think of to see her only baby. It's entirely innocent but makes things insanely difficult for the B and A. How will A running back and forth between apartments and the duo keeping up pretences affect their relationships—romantic and otherwise?

✩ The Dead Don't Die (JinJin, Bibi, or Kate, early 20s): After a near-death experience, B finds that they can see ghosts. While begrudingly getting used to their new abilities, they come across A: a newly-deceased who doesn't realize it, on top of having a hazy memory of their life post-childhood. Either accidentally or to rip the band-aid, B breaks the news which both leaves A reeling and then clinging to B as the only person that can see them. In order to get the irrating spectre off of their back, B decides to help A get in contact with their loved ones in hopes that they'll move on finally. Things don't go as planned when they find out A has been emancipated since 13. When it's all said and done, A is still around and doesn't seem to be going anywhere any time soon. As the two try to figure out a way to get A to move on, B is also given a chance to explore their life and relationships—past and present—and the things that lead up to their accident.

✩ Begin Again (Bomi or Ryu Won, mid 20s): With a professional dance education from early childhood, this isn't at all where A saw her life going. But...a series of unfortunate events and a sick mother land her with a hopeless career and in serious need of money, as well as the arms of her current boyfriend and manager. Things started out nice enough, with both of them in need of cash and his brilliant idea to get some fast: A being a streamer. She has the looks that would get plenty of people tuned in quickly, after all. With a breadth spanning from mukbangs and chatting to more adult (albiet softcore) content, A turns out to be quite succcessful! But, as time wears on and things get comfortable, carefully hidden red flags began to show. Her meager allowance, meticulously hidden abuse "smoothed over" with expensive gifts, and it all being held over her head with the threat of no longer supporting her mother's hospital bills with the money SHE earned. B isn't much better off in life (specifics up to you) and the two meet at one of their lowest points. Drawn to one another (as friends, or more), they become an important crutch in one another's lives and eventually manage to convince one another to leave their own ty situations with a promise of "If you do, I will." Now, with only each other to lean on, A and B have to learn how to start anew and climb their way out of rock bottom.

✩ Caged Swan (Ryu Won or JinJin, early 20s): A is a ballet dancer who has dreamt of becoming lead in a major production of Swan Lake since they were a little kid. They’ve been practicing relentlessly for the last year to give themselves the best chance of success at the biggest audition of their life. However, the evening before the audition, Muse A suffers an accident that leaves them unable to dance for the foreseeable future. B is A’s physical therapist (or someone else) who will help them through things as they get back on their metaphorical and literal feet.

✩ Poor Man's Bucket List (any of my muses, early-mid 20s): When (A or B) gets a terminal diagnosis and an estimate three months left to live, they're left numb and it's like this for the first few days afterwards too. Eventually, though, a night of drinking with (opposite muse), their (friend/sibling/lover), finally kicks those very real emotions into gear. While openly sobbing in their third...or maybe it's the fifth- tent bar, the duo decide that it's now or never and they HAVE to fufill (sick muse)'s bucket list within those three months! The only problem is, neither of them are particularly wealthy. In fact, they're both pretty poor outside of taking care of basic necessities and occassional light splurging. So, world travel would be a bit difficult...and anything else that costs more than, like, 100 bucks a day. Despite this, (opposite muse) is adamant that there's no way (sick muse) shouldn't have a lifetime's worth of before they die, though; especially not at the hands of capitalism and the two go to the nearest home with a fire in them to pen a "poor man's bucket list" before they pass out. The next morning, it's time to put things in motion.

✩ Baby in a Basket (JinJin or JayB, 17/18); inspired by Baby & I (2008): With a less than desirable home life, A is a renowned delinquint at school. He smokes on the roof during breaks, has barely passing grades (though, not for a lack of trying), and gets into fights as often as twice a week. Sometimes three. When he returns home from a late night convenience store run to find a baby left on his family home's doorstep, his world is turned upside down. Initially, he assumes some random woman left her kid with the first rich family she could find and he tries to find her. When that proves fruitless, he  tries to abandon the baby. Guilt quickly takes over and, after a while, he starts to believe that maybe it might just be his—a result of a night of stupidity or something. After all, he's thrown plenty of parties when his parents were away on their frequent trips and there was always plenty of booze. Deciding to take responsibility, A begins to raise the kid himself. It's not his, of course, but he doesn't know that and braves all the hardships that come with being a young single parent—including the eventual expulsion from school when rumors get about. With constantly away parents and a bristly outer shell that doesn't breed much friendship, A is on his own in this until the arrival of B who has taken interest (romantic or platonic) in A long before learning his situation. And when they do, they're more than willing to stick around. --UNAVAILABLE

NEW ✩ Jeju-do (Ryu Won or JayB, mid 20s); inspired by Palm Springs (2020) and Groundhog Day: When A and B meet at a friend/siblings's island wedding, A seems to have it all figured out—all of it, from avoiding random accidents like drink tray spills to a perfect speech that brings the house to tears—but they also have an unmistakable air of pessimism hanging about them. Then, a "freak" accident* leads to A injured and desperately entering a strange cave; B follows against A's strained warnings and soon finds out why A is the way they are as they both wake up the next morning...only it's the same day again. A has been stuck in the same day for longer than they can remember—so long that they've forgotten what they do for a living along with other originally mundane details. They've died at their own hands hundreds of times in originally desperate attempts to escape the repetitve hell but now A has simmered, settled into the looping day with morose acceptance of the fact that they can either end the day forcibly by death, enter the cave, or fall asleep at the end of it all..only for it to start again in the same exact bed, no matter where they slept. But how do thiings change with a new person in the loop? (You know, besides the vengeful third party *out for blood ever since A accidentally dragged them into things a couple thousand days before. But it's okay: they only come around every now and then since Jeju is a biiit of a trip from their starting point.)

Hey! I’m interested in either Living with My Lie or Baby in a Basket!
Are the muses you listed just for you or who you want the other party to use?
