do you ever just reach a point of stress levels in your body that every single thing
can be a trigger to push you right over the edge into a breakdown?
but then like...you're trying your hardest not to have one?
so you end up just being extremely snappy and pissy and like...
EVERYTHING ticks you off. i'm talking , everything.
honestly, i'm at the point in my stress levels where it's like
what's gonna be the one small and stupid thing that
does it. ?
the crying randomly throughout the day
and to get myself to sleep every night thing
just aint it, friends.
