do y'all want a relaxed atla rp?

i am in the mood for one and would like to write threads revolving around this concept. not gonna make this a whole thing because a) i'm lazy, and b) i don't want to run something super serious regardless. this would be a friends-only rp if more than like... just me and one other person are interested. if there is interest, i will either add people or ask them to add me for this rp. here are some other things to note if this is to happen:

• as mentioned above, this will be friends only so you will have to be friends with me to join. making this "friends only" so the expectations are low and because this isn't an "official" rp, but anyone is welcome to join if they want.
• i will be doing the bare minimum aesthetically (currently debating if i even want to use a layout), but will still make sure that the rp functions well despite possibly looking "ugly" or bare bones.
• there will either be no app because i don't care, OR an ooc app for us all to reference in the rp.
• it will be an oc rp and i will keep track of all fcs.
• rules will be pretty lax.
  • idk if i want inactivity to be on the max setting (30 days), or if i want to do my usual 15 days, but we can all discuss this.
  • general rules about fcs (21+, not married, no significant scandals/crimes, etc.) will apply and general rules about not being an will apply.
  • not sure what i want the muse limit to be yet, but it'll probably 2 or 3 max per mun. everyone will start with one though and we'll build up to it.
  • there won't be formal activity checks, but i will still be checking if you are writing, so you will have to have at least one public thread ig.
  • i'm honestly not going to expect much from y'all, but if there are things y'all wanna do (like events, activities, etc) i can help y'all with setting all that up.
• i would like to have a system where you leave what kind of bender/if your muse is a bender up to dice rolls. this is what it would look like. (this was copied directly from an old note i had so excuse the sudden capitalization)
  • 1 — Water
    • sub power: healing ( roll a 3 or 5 )
    • sub power: blood bending ( roll a 1 or 4 )
  • 2 — Earth
    • sub power: metal bending ( roll a 2 or 3 )
    • sub power: sand bending ( roll a 1 or 5 )
    • sub power: lava bending ( roll a 4 or 6 )
  • 3 — Fire
    • sub power: combustion ( roll a 2, 3, or 6 )
    • sub power: lightning ( roll a 1, 4,  or 5 )
  • 4 — Air
    • sub power: flight ( roll a 2 or 5 )
    • sub power: spiritual projection ( roll a 1 or 3 )
  • 5 — Non-bender
  • 6 — Energy
• if this gets 3+ people to express interest, i will make a reserve blog, or just message people and take note of who they'd want in the rp. most likely going to do the latter, but idk yet. we shall see.

that's all i can think of for now regarding this idea, so let me know if you guys are interested and what your thoughts are.

EDIT: also let me know if you'd like this to take place in a more modern setting, a setting similar to the original atla series, or some kind of in-between like the korra world with or without some minor tweaks/updates. what are your guys' preferences regarding that?
