just did some thinking. would people be interested in a freeverse style rp that is set in a specific place? let me break it down so that it's easier to chew.
- set in a town or city. kind of a city au, but you're not limited to one universe. just have the city au as your "palette" or building block for your plots.
- your characters will have one universal background that will apply to any kind of au you decide to do for your threads. for example, muse a is a business man. his personality and background relatively remains the same throughout your threads. think of this as a multiverse kind of rp (i think this would be easier to understand if you're a marvel fan. maybe even a league of legends fan). so, throughout your thread, muse a stays the same except in one thread they're a vampire. in another thread they're a pixie. in another thread they're a murderer. something like that. if you want to play with different backgrounds, it'll be the same as any other rp—you get a different character. i won't be too strict with this, so if you want to rp your fc in an idol-verse/nonau setting, then obviously they won't stick to the background you wrote. also, i'm not sure if i'm going to make the rp have a centralized universe, but if so, your characters will just be "human" in the main one. we'll see how this goes.
- not entirely events based, but the idea is of a matrix or snowglobe type of rp where an event affects your characters. kind of like giving writing prompts to see what your characters do in a situation. these events will probably be a month long and not required, of course. i plan for this rp to be relatively relaxed and a place for everyone to write.

to address the other part of the title, i want a cozy place. long lasting kind of nonau that is themed. a while back i released a nonau centered in a mountain resort. earlier i released a dating app nonau (that may come back around christmas time, we shall see) that has a central meeting place. i'm curious if anyone wants another nonau like that. if so, please let me know your suggestions? or if you're not interested at all. that's cool too lmfaooo.
