I'm so utterly annoyed with people saying 'you're a child' 'sorry we don't allow minors'.... I'm not a minor and this is the last time i'm putting this out, I may repost this if need be. But i've been blacklisted and blocked so from so many roleplays and by so many users.

Have you considered talking to people in your native language? You might be able to communicate better if English is not your first language. You can also try just asking in the blogs just like this one, if there are role-plays for people that speak_____ language. I think your biggest hurdle is the fact that English is not your first and it’s not making you sound like you know what you’re talking about.
