last time i tried to open one, it flopped majorly (only had one person join) and i swore i'd never do it again, but my muse for the idea comes and goes and it's back again. for all i know, it could have flopped last time because of my timing, but anyway— if you're interested, please comment below. and if interested, pls let me know if you'd prefer it be a city rp or a uni/academy rp.
