superpower/mutant rp reserves.

i'll go forward with a simple superpower city rp. it will be an oc rp and i will probably be kind of... not hands off but just in the bg as admin because i want the community to actually lead the roleplay through events and whatnot. that way i don't waste my time coming up with y'all don't want, and you guys get something you actually do want, you feel? this time, i'm not doing any fancy lore or including skeletons and and just keeping it kind of basic. this way you guys can be as creative as you want to be too. also i am mobile rn, so i may update things slowly.

here are some basic rules for reserving a face claim:

• your fc must be 21+ internationally.
• your fc must not have publicly stated they do not want to be rped.
• your fc must not be involved in any significant scandals/crimes.
• i don't care what ethnicity your fc is.
• also not against fcs that are some kind of influencer or content creator, but they must have at least 750k followers or wtv term applies. i will be checking.
• you must comment with the following info:
  • fc name + group/occupation.
  • fc date of birth. (include the year)
  • codename if they have powers OR oc name if you can't think of one. (this is required)
  • powers. (all must be related to one another or tie into your muse bg; i will ask.)
• if you know your fc is going to be hard to look up, please provide a link to where i can find who you're talking about.
• you can reserve up to 3 muses off the bat. you can also reserve up to 2 powers off the bat but they all must be related somehow and i will ask later for 2 weaknesses for each power/subpower. i will alllow 2 people to have similar powers as well, they just have to be carried out or used differently.
• i will allow twinning fcs and indicate such with a + by their name. please also comment if you'll allow a twin fc when you make a reservation. those who do not have a + by their name are not allowing twins. please clear it with the original person who requested the fc first just in case too.
