i've seen many rules constantly talking about being inclusive to everyone, which is valid and needed, obviously. but why is it hardly mentioned that people need to put in effort to join in and not expect everyone to run to them? the conversation can be open and people encourage others to join and there is not a single attempt to join in. i think people need to start focusing on that more as well. i totally get sometimes it is hard to jump in to conversations, but when you're being invited and shut it down, then that's on you. i personally am not begging someone to join in.
