Character reservations: basic information

⤨ all nationalities, genders, and orientations will be allowed. no problematic faces will be allowed. nobody who has ever requested not to be used will be allowed. ages must be verifiable by admins. 
⤨ FC must be 20+ international age. We will not accept age changes in this rp. Birthdays through 5/31/04 will be allowed. 
⤨ two muses with a favorite, three permitted with upvote. 
⤨ you may not reserve more than 1 fc from a group with 6 or less members Or 2 from a group with 7 or more members.
⤨ you may not reserve more than one character per year (eg, you can have one 00 liner, one 92 liner, and one 97 liner, but may not have two 00 liners)
⤨ Your fc's birth year will determine your clan - common years listed below.
