i just want to mention that as i was reading through the blogs, i did see both blogs and thought both blog posts were about the same rp. the only difference of one rp being of porcelain dolls vs. actual dolls that appeared to be robotic in nature. but i took a screenshot of both for my own record keeping reasons (i like to send screenshots of potential rps to entice friends to join with me) but also because i am close with the admin of the doll rp and admittedly, the blog was similar enough for me to raise an eyebrow. but here are the screenshots. this is in no way to call out the original poster of the blog or the author of the blog, but there seems to be a misunderstanding and twisting of words being said from what i read.

+ please note, i did crop the pictures to pinpoint where the comments were referencing.

Here’s what I think as just a random clueless outsider opinion: people can have a similar idea yet execute it in a different way and become a completely different rp just because of that

I had a look at these blogs too just now, and I’ve asked somebody(user will be unnamed) but in my honest to goodness opinion

I see the similarity because yes, the concept is similar so I’m not surprised that the blog content is similar however apart from one of the lines(the granting wish line which is very close to one another, I 100% can acknowledge and agree with that), I don’t really see either blog as a straight copy of the other. Whichever one was first.

The vibes I get from reading these are :

- The doll house gives me mysterious mansion in the outskirts of town with ‘dolls’ controlled by a spirit or soul not of this world

- Darling doll strikes me as being robots or androids being built in a sci fi setting

I don’t know if that’s what either creator was going for feeling wise? I could be wrong. I also understand people will interpret these blogs differently to me, and their view is ofc valid; we all understand things differently.

I already stopped the rp. the blog is up public for viewing.

My anger comes from being accused without even being politely questioned first. As Ive said multiple times: if i had been contacted by the creator in a polite manner, i would have taken mine down instantly.

I just wanted to have fun and rp a show i was watching, the timing was terrible but i've already said that.

More people don't need to get involved when i've already dropped the idea.
