Pandøra is a South Korean K-pop girl group formed under the Cygnus label of Nova Lux Corporation who debuted on April 30, 2016 with the studio album 'Unleashed.' The thirteen members each represent a vice that was released from Pandora's Pithos and their goal is to show that these vices are part of the natural order and balance of the world. More Info: Alice Jung is from Gangnam, South Korea and has a younger brother. Her parents were never supportive of her becoming an idol, but she decided to become one anyways. She loves being in Pandora and even though she's a tiny bit more introverted usually, being in Pandora gives her the confidence to be more extroverted. Her dad is a truck driver for a water supply company and her mom works at a boutique in Gangnam. Her parents never raised her and her brother in a household where music was important, instead Alice had to get her music from school by listening to CDs and she even smuggled a CD player into the house with her brother's help. She'd see idols on TV and watch them in awe, she wanted to be like them and she'd practice singing in the shower a lot when she was growing up. There was an audition that was held at school and she ended up going and not telling her parents or her brother. She ended up passing the audition and Nova Lux's subsidiary label Cygnus wanted her as a trainee. She was shocked that they wanted a middle class Gangnam girl to be a trainee. She told her parents because she was so excited but her parents weren't happy for her, in fact they were enraged. They didn't believe in her dreams and wanted her to stop trying to live in her silly fantasy world. Alice was very upset but she wanted to chase her dreams and just because her parents didn't support her didn't mean that she would just give up. Her brother encouraged her to keep going and she did, she ended up being a trainee and moving out of the house to pursue her dream. She worked hard and her hard work paid off in the form of her debuting as "Vanity" in Pandora or better known by her stage name Star.

More Info: Being a part of the infamous Park Group, Nayeon wanted for nothing. Born to a mother who was already on the older side and being the youngest Park daughter, she was dubbed the miracle child. The family take reputation and status very seriously, and as such, there were expectations put on Nayeon from a young age. With her older siblings already established in their path, a young Nayeon was sent to a boarding school in England and told to use the name Bella. She would spend all her schooling there, only returning home sparingly for holidays. While in school, she would discover her love for dancing and performing, taking every opportunity to perform in plays and musicals at school. Upon graduation, Nayeon returned home and was surprised to find that her father had remarried, and her stepmother had given her two new siblings. She quickly took to them, bonding with them well and spoiling them as much as she could. Eventually, the desire to perform again burned too bright and she begged her parents to let her audition for an entertainment company. They agreed upon one condition, that she audition for her older sister's company. Nayeon was disappointed, but did as she was told, using a mask and fake name so that no one would know it was her. Luckily, she passed the audition, training for two years before debuting with PANDØRA.

Despite a lot of protests and rejection of her decision to drop Fencing, Yuri pushed through and proved that she had what it takes to be a singer by passing the audition to Novalux. After 2 years of training, Yurim debuted with Pandora as one of their main vocalists.

More Info: when she was kid, hayeon's father left both her and her mother for another woman since he had an affair with her on the day of christmas day. she felt sorry for her mom so she did her best to help her out and be there for her through tough times. growing up with having a loving single mom around, aeri envied all the kids having dads for special occasions like birthdays and stuff. as she gotten older, she decided to audition for nova lux corp's subsidiary cygnus before she passed to became a trainee. after two years of being trainee, hayeon ended up debuting in a girl group pandora with 12 other girls as their (position not confirmed yet). the only thing she wished was her father watch her succeed with her idol career and visit her, but sadly he didn't came around since he's currently too busy with his new family and work. For now, she has her mom and her members as her second family be there for her.

To the majority of employees under Nova Lux Corp, however, she's the "one-time wonder" — mainly due to her short stint as a soloist from years prior. Being a public figure in the entertainment industry entails both talent and hard work, some sacrifices are to be made, and circumstances meant to be endured. Though despite her distasteful first impression, one can't help but agree that Yiseo has grown into her new role quite well (and maybe even more); after all, she's always been taught to "fall down seven times, stand up eight", hasn't she?
