The City of Altair extends their arms to anyone who visits. Recently, however, they received a strange phenomenon of stars falling from the sky like meteor showers that created many spatial rifts at the mountains. This allowed entrance of peculiar people in Altair. They formed a peace between the citizens and Altair until two years had passed.
More of these people with powers appeared from the rifts along with monsters who caused havoc in the city.
Altair lost many lives and rebuilt the city with stronger defenses as the years passed. The city became strict with who enters and leaves. Researchers came to the mountains to study the phenomenon of these rifts while unknowingly, the people who escaped their stages of tests are known as fugitives who would live among the citizens, hidden from prying eyes while they explore.
And for you, stranger, what is your purpose in Altair? Are you a visitor from another city? Did you pass the stages of testing? Or a fugitive waiting to destroy everyone?

Acceptance Rules:
1.) We accept characters who are 18+ originally in their universe. (If you're not sure, you can ask us!)
2.) You are allowed to reserve 2 characters.
3.) You are not allowed to reserve the following: A.I. generated characters, children’s animated shows (ex: Dora), adult animations (ex: The Simpsons), vtubers, self-made manga/manhwa OC’s, someone else’s OC’s, anthropomorphic characters (unless they have a canon human version of themselves), characters under 18 or without content that shows they are older.
