au rp ideas

hey hey everyone, so i made a blog earlier this morning saying i had an au rp idea that sounded original to me, and now that i'm on my computer, lemme tell yall what i had in mind here.

OK SO, i was thinking about an entertainment type roleplay but instead of the typical ent rp with musical artists and all that jazz- it's a model au. 
this is where you'll have to stick around to see my full idea on this. there's a lot of musical ent rps out there, and a model au sounds like it could be hella fun AND it's an idea i havent seen done before.
so far, i'm thinking : 

♦ 3 agencies 
    × CEO (1 to 2)
    × models (amount tbd)
    × photographers (3)
    × wardrobe (3)
    × make up artists (3)
    × possible bodyguards (amount tbd)  

♦ freelance models, photographers, etc
    × these people will not be under a specific agency. they will be hireable based on what agency needs these positions filled. meaning, if an agency only has 2 available photographers etc, they can hire their third one for a shoot if needed.  

♦ misc info
   + agencies can hire models from another agency if they want a specific model for a shoot, of course the ceos will have to talk it out and come up with a plan, costs, etc. 
   + models can quit agencies and be hired into new ones, or become freelance. with this being said, models can also be fired from agencies.
   + i want to implicate a money system, now, i was thinking about imaginary money (not points) (i'll most likely make a "bank" room/chara to keep track of this) 
   + i want to create a price for everything, from staff pay, model pay, collabs, etc. freelancers can set their own prices to be hired. 
   + oc names will be allowed but not manditory, i will also create a room to keep track of this
   + possibly gonna be 21+ since modeling can be risque at times ( slightly indecent and liable to shock, especially by being ually suggestive. so think underwear shoots or creatively covered "" obviously it'll be "pretend" for rpr decency ofc)
   + rooms : there's going to be a main ooc room so people can chit chat there. there's gonna be a lounge room that will serve as an IC interaction room. it will NOT be a "chat" room, so it will be in person, actions (even if one or two lines) will be encouraged. 
   + will allow all orientations, genders, ethnicities, race, you name it- as long as the fc being used it 21+. this will be a fictional city in a fictional world. 

there's a lot i still need to finalize and think about, but this is what i have SO far. if there's any suggestions regarding the information above, don't hesitate to throw in your thoughts.
