In the waking world, they are idols—singers, choreographers, actors adored by millions of people. Under the illuminous lights of the stages and flashing cameras, they captivate the audience members with their talents and presence. Their real-world selves are bound by the expectations of both fame and reality; however when sleep takes them, they cross over into a world beyond their imagination, a place where the limits of the physical world no longer apply. 

This is Somnium, the world that exists parallel to reality. It is  a vast, ever-shifting plane where the rules of the universe can bend to the dreamer's will. Here, anyone can be scholars, warriors, healers, or even creatures of legends. They can forge weapons from stardust, soar on the backs of mystical beasts, or explore cities built from forgotten memories. The only rule upon entering? No one may claim the titles of gods, goddesses, or royalty—for in Somnium, power is not inherited, but shaped by the strength of one's own will.

Each night, the idols step into this world as new versions of themselves, yet they retain the essence of who they are. Their experiences in Somnium are vivid, real in ways they cannot explain, and every dream leaves behind whispers that linger in their waking minds. Some embrace their dream personas wholeheartedly, carving out new lives in this endless expanse. Others question the nature of this world, sensing that there is more to it than simple dreams.
