omg where the hell should I begin. Ive been so fking busy lately with school lately like my teachers are giving me loads of excessive hw, and to make things worse i have braces. Yah, like every other teenager right? HAHAHAHAHA WRONG. Aparently i have special teeth or some because "my overbite it super bad." So yah I get the regular braces and wires right for the first month or two, but theres a twist. I get this fkin metal bar across my entire roof of my mouth so that I can hardly eat. Its terrible, and it left scarrs on my tongue. No joke, permanant indentations, and they hurt like fk. So i had to put up with that for 4 months. After finally getting used to my braces, i feel kinda better now, no more complaining, just regular. Until, i go to the dentist, which was yesterday actually. So I had known that they were going to put braces on my bottom row since they only did it for the top, so yah, everything went fine. UNTIL THEY STUCK 50 POUNDS OF IN MY MOUTH.God i never even knew you could fit so much in a persons mouth. Like they had to pull my lips away from my teeth so they stuck plastic protectors in my mouth that took up like my entire mouth, then they put foam things in there so my CHEEKS didnt touch my lips, then more foam things around my tongue so my tongue didnt touch my teeth. OH AND THEN they put that spit er in there so i didnt have to swallow. Yah that was the biggest bull ive ever heard because I almost choked while they were adding the bottom braces. So I had to put up with that for half an hour. OH BUT THATS NOT ALL. After they had put the braces on, they thought my overbite was so bad, they had to put Mouth bumps in. Ive NEVER EVER heard of this before, so i didnt think it would be that bad. Boy was i wrong. They put some blue ball shaped thing ontop of my back molars so that i cant close my mouth fully. Supposably their supposed to wear away eventually, but thats bs cuz this hurts like hell and aint goin anywhere. It looks like frickin fruitsnacks in my mouth, no joke, but their hard as hell and cause my teeth a ton of pain. OH AND WHAT REALLY GETS ME MAD- last time they said that they would take the metal bar from the top of my mouth out, so you dont know how excited I was to get rid of it. But they yesterday I overheard them talking and their like. "Oh, maybe another 8 weeks would be best for her, just in case" and im just sitting there, angry as , ready to pull these braces off and just walk out of there. God I hate my orthodontist rn. So im FINALLY able to leave, and so later that day im sore. ofc thats normal, i expected that. What I didnt expect the next morning were cuts all over my tongue, and finding that the soreness in my cheeks was caused by my braces digging into them. God it hurts like fk and i cant do about it. Like no joke the pain was terrible, like during school I just wanted to like go home and like drain the bottle of pain killers since it hurt so much. And now since my newer braces are there, i cant eat . Literally, I tried to eat some crackers today and it was terrible. Couldnt eat a bagel, no poptarts, pasta, macaroni, nothing. Absolutely nothing. It hurts too damn much. And IK its not just from the soreness. Ugh, im so done with my mouth rn. I wish I had never gotten braces.
LESSON TO YOU ALL. DO NOT GET BRACES IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR OVERBITE. ITS A LIVING HELL.
