So we understand why Tao posted up his rant earlier about Sasaeng fans. It turns out that at Baekhyun’s brother’s (Byun Baek Beom) wedding, a bunch of sasaeng fans trespassed into the venue and made a complete mess of things!
Seriously? What is wrong with these people?
Even before EXO arrived at the wedding, sasaeng fans already managed to find their way to the venue. They were standing on top of chairs meant for guests, ruining/moving around wedding props, and just spreading chaos everywhere.
Once EXO got to the venue, things went even more out of control. The entire lobby was filled with a bunch of crazy sasaeng fans. The fans were pushing around relatives in order to snap pictures and record videos of the EXO members present.
Baekhyun’s relatives were not pleased and were giving him negative looks. He went around to everyone and apologized for the ruckus. He went over to the waiting room to apologize to the bride, who was in shock at everything that was happening outside.
During the part of the wedding where EXO was singing a congratulatory song to Baekhyun’s brother, the fans pushed their way through the guests and stood on chairs to record the members singing.
While the happy (well unhappy at that moment) couple were cutting their wedding cake, the fans were trying to take photos of the EXO members (who were standing behind the couple) and were trying to get their autographs. They were blocking the view of the event for the other guests.
The EXO members were telling the sasaengs to stop. They said,
“Don’t do this right now. We can do it later.”
When Baekhyun was taking a picture with his family, the sasaengs were rapidly taking photos of him.
Baekhyun, who was red throughout the event out of anger and embarrassment, supposedly told the fans,
“This is my one and only brother and his one and only wedding! Why would you do this?!”
At another point of the wedding, Baekhyun was ignoring all of the sasaeng fans and one of them hit him in the throat (most likely in attempt to damage his vocals).
As if what these sasaeng fans had done wasn’t enough, these crazy humans placed Chrysanthemum flowers (flowers traditionally placed for dead people) in front of the SMTOWN building for Baekhyun. All because he ignored them.
Some of the relatives and guests at the event posted their experience on various forums. One guest said that the entire event, which was supposed to be the happiest day for the bride and groom, felt very negative and awkward.
Baekhyun’s cousin, who wrote a blog post about the situation, said that she was upset that she couldn’t speak with Baekhyun (whom she hasn’t seen in over a year).

I am sad as Baekhyun’s Cousin and therefore leave a post. As baekhyun and baekbeom (will refer to as 2baek)’s cousin, i am so mad i leave this post. As you all know, it was beom’s birthday and as a relative, i was already there early but as people started arriving, young people i have never seen before appeared and disrupted us, stood there, sat on the chairs that were for guests, etc.There was no reason for so many young people to be at this wedding so i asked if they were from the bride’s family and they randomly asked, “did baekhyun arrive yet?” “when is he coming?” and such. I knew exo was popular, but i didn’t expect them to come to a wedding ceremony, my head felt really weird. As more people arrived, beom was out in the lobby greeting the guests, they were standing there and touching their cameras and camcorders.
About 30 minutes before the ceremony, baek and exo arrived and i couldn’t even ask how he was doing after not seeing him for one year. I was pushed here and there it was just crazy; and the lobby wasn’t even a small place yet it was packed with people and at least half of them were following exo and screaming or flashing their cameras.
We eventually called the workers and sent them out, but for the 5-10 minutes they were there, they messed the place up and Baekhyun was apologizing to everybody, relatives’ expressions didn’t look too great… The bride heard the noise and was shocked in the waiting room and as baek was talking to the bride, i was next to them and he continuously apologized and looked very pitiful. It makes me mad although the ceremony went out like planned, i was still kind of upset.

Throughout the entire wedding, Baekhyun kept apologizing over and over to everyone. We’re so sorry that these sasaeng fans are so insane and out of control. I honestly can’t fathom what goes through these psychos’ minds.
