After all the hype about Heirs being the next Boys Over Flowers (or at least reaching its popularity and whut not).
I must disagree. The main couple was not as entertaining to me as Boys Over Flowers. To top it off the female lead wasn't quite so interesting and she seemed like one of these typical girl characters in otome games /shot
I found myself rooting for Youngdo & Eunsang moments, or awaiting the side-couples, rather than be bored with most of the main couple moments.
Whilst, Boys Over Flowers I loved the main couple and all their interactions. The second male-lead, was an interesting love-line but not one that was more entertaining than the main couple.
Now, I liked Heirs, I'm not going to lie. It was a really good watch. But I don't think its completely worthy of being ranked with Boys Over Flowers. I suppose the Pretty Boy cast and the use of popular and pretty actors/actresses is the same. But I don't think the story-line was as gripping.
I didn't see the chemistry between the main couple in Heirs, I mean the actors seemed kinda awkward or uninterested in each other, even though as their characters they were supposed to be deeply in love.
