sm only pick trainee based on if they fit korea's beauty standard :x
I only know this cuz a friend of mine auditioned and he's 1/2 Filipino 1/2 Cherokee, but looks more asian :x

lol I auditioned for nh media and passed xD
but I declined :P I just did it to see if they'll accept me xD
