Normally I'm jealous of people with smooth hair. My hair has a weird texture, it's thick as wavy and just bleh. It's not very easy to work with. Normally I wear it in a high ponytail or some sort of braid (French, Duthc, regular, high regular). However, there are days when I just want it completely gone and I just realised something wonderful! Those days are often when I have a high ponytail to get the hair away from my neck and face and I have no extra hairbands to get it further away. However, I just realised that if I do a ballet bun (seperate in two, twist one and spin around the second section, then twist the last and spin the other direction around the first) it just sits! No need for bobbypens, extra hairbands, pencils or clips! It sits because my hair has the texture it has and I've just headbanged and it STILL SITS PERFECTLY!!! I'm happy now!! :D
