The best I can provide you with is what good can come from this.
1. SME has had a history of disregarding its artists and simply milking them for money - Kris isn't leaving EXO in theory; he wants to leave SME and MAKE A POINT. He is not being selfish, as many fans have been claiming - it's more selfish to throw shade on Kris' decision. Just sit back and wait - there's always a method to the madness and it'll become apparent soon.
2. Following this, I believe that being such a high profile performer, Kris will continue with performing if he does leave. He's been asking for acting and singing offers since debut, if you've been paying attention. Personally, I would love to see him in dramas and all - after this I hope he is allowed to be cast for a drama, whether he's in EXO still or not.
3. Kris knows what he's doing - just wait, trust him, and remember that the OT12 will continue to live in our memory and our hearts even if there's a chance that EXO may be losing 1.
