So I deleted my other blog and this is what you guys get because I like even numbers. o n o;
So from the beginning, I think I'll start with the thing that's been bothering me tonight.
Luhan and the issues he's been having with his health.
First of all, I'm furious at his stupidity at not resting because his health matters so much.
Second of all, I understand why he wouldn't and it merely makes me even more annoyed and upset.
I actually had this conversation with one of my friends and well, everything made sense though it didn't make it right at all. Because Luhan is a performer he has to work hard and he has to acheive that perfection that everyone sees on stage. He has to put his health second and perfection first because he is well, a performer. He makes the fans happy, that's his job and he makes them laugh and happy. It's no excuse for putting your life on the line to perform. His cornea was bleeding, that's a near death situation and he still went out there and performed. It pains me that he's done that but that's what he has to. He has to achieve that perfection and he has to acheive what makes the fans happy, he has to always smile and not show any signs of weakness. Personally I do that as well. What bothers me is that his rationality is so impaired that he needs to achieve that perfection and maintain that image for his job so much that he'd put his life on the line for it. It's his job after all. What also is, as a musician and having a friend who's a skater, we both know that because he's working so hard for that perfection, to hear the words "go rest" or "stop for a bit." is the worse thing you can hear. It to be told that, it hurts to be told that. It's like being told to audition again next year after you've worked so hard to achieve that perfection or what you think is perfection. It doesn't make it right but it hurts me that it's like this.
Opinions? Anyone?
Second thing on a slightly happier note.
I'm hoping to publish some of my work, I'm a writer though I don't share my work often c:, in my school's lit mag and I already have one thing written out. I'd love some critique on it if you'd guys like to spend some time c:
