So, from what you can probably see in the picture, this had something to do with milanoo.com. They're pretty awesome by the way as far as their products go. I made my first purchase from them though last week and I'm really excited for it to get here already. Anyway, I had a few questions about my order as so I decide to try the live chat to see what it was like. It just worked out that I actually had some question I wanted answered. The thing is that it didn't quite dawn on me earlier. It's a lame observation but it's one nonetheless. The representative that helped me... His name's apparently Henry. The customer is asked to type in their name and email address and so since my name is Amber, that's what I put in and the email I use for my log in. This is probably going to sound lame but I didn't notice it until a little while ago that our chat was just me and him, Amber and Henry. The observation amused me, so I just wanted to share it~ Lol
